Orders and Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance by B. A. Refrigeration. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed. Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping, and handling fees may apply and are the responsibility of the User.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to delays beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage passes to the User upon delivery. It is the User's responsibility to inspect shipments for accuracy and damage upon receipt.
Returns and Refunds
Products may be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused and in their original condition and packaging. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our return policy. Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
Warranty
